ALIENS Cardassians
and Bajorans: Having
squandered the resources of their once archeologically-rich
civilization, the Cardassians pursued military might as a means of
conquering other worlds, Bajor among them.
Riddled with labor camps, mass exterminations and cultural
cleansing, the history of the Cardassian-Bajoran conflict is an
all-too-familiar echo of 20th-century Earth, from Nazi
terrors to present-day Bosnia. As
freedom fighters, the devout Bajorans would call upon their faith to
sustain them through the more than 40 years of Cardassian occupation. |
